| Bemco and USA Gymnastics Bemco has been a proud sponsor of the U.S. Gymnastics Team and the Olympic Movement since 1987. Our involvement demonstrates the relationship between health, fitness and sleep which, according to the Better Sleep Council, is the "triumvirate of good health."  This is especially appropriate since proper sleep, exercise and nutrition re-energize the body and improve the ability to learn the repetitive skills and physical motions used in athletic competitions. In fact, the most decorated U.S. athlete in history, Shannon Miller, who sleeps on a Bemco sleep set, says, "a good nights sleep helps me be alert in the gym and prepare for training. It helps me stay healthy and have more energy throughout the day." Miller holds more international medals than any other American gymnast including 58 international and 49 national awards, over half of which are gold.In addition to Miller, Bemco's involvement in USA Gymnastics supports over 79,000 athletes registered in competitive programs throughout the United States. Bemco is also the official mattress of the US Gymnastics Team. |
